These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 33rs platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything below. Welcome to 33rs. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 33rs ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 33rs.click.
By registering an account, accessing the 33rs website or mobile interface, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by 33rs, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 33rs platform and close your account.
These Terms apply to all Pakistani players who access 33rs from Pakistan. They cover everything from account creation and identity verification to betting rules, payment policies, bonus conditions, and responsible gaming obligations. Where additional rules apply to specific products (such as cricket betting, live casino, or the Aviator crash game), those supplementary rules form part of these Terms and are available within the relevant sections of the 33rs platform.

To be eligible to register and play on 33rs, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
33rs reserves the right to request documentary proof of any registration details at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination, and any pending withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
Underage Gambling: If 33rs determines that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made will be returned where legally required, but any winnings accumulated will be void and forfeited.
One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the 33rs platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are not permitted. If 33rs identifies more than one account linked to the same player (by name, CNIC, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying factor), all duplicate accounts will be closed. Winnings generated from duplicate accounts will be voided.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 33rs will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat or at support@33rs.click.
Account Verification: 33rs conducts verification checks in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to verify your identity before your first withdrawal, before accessing certain promotions, or at any point at 33rs's discretion. Verification documents typically required include a valid CNIC and proof of the payment method used.
Account Closure: You may request closure of your 33rs account at any time by contacting our support team. We will process the closure request promptly and ensure any remaining balance (minus any applicable bonus wagering requirements not yet met) is returned to your verified payment method. Note that self-exclusion requests are treated separately from account closure — please refer to Section 9 for responsible gaming tools.
Inactive Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. 33rs may begin charging a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 on dormant accounts after this period, applied against the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees begin.
All financial transactions on 33rs are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). No currency conversion takes place, and no conversion fees are charged by 33rs. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:
Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, higher-value deposits may require additional verification as part of 33rs's AML obligations.
Withdrawal Minimums and Processing: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes on banking days. Card withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Same Method Policy: 33rs operates a same-method withdrawal policy wherever possible. Withdrawals will be processed back to the payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible (e.g., expired card), 33rs support will work with you to arrange an alternative verified method.
Verification Before Withdrawal: If you have not yet completed identity verification, 33rs reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until the process is complete. This is a standard AML compliance requirement and is not unique to any individual player's account.
PKR Always: 33rs will never ask you to pay or receive funds in any currency other than Pakistani rupees. If you are ever directed to transact in foreign currency, please report this to our support team immediately as it may indicate a fraudulent attempt to impersonate the platform.
The following rules apply to all sports betting markets available on 33rs, including cricket, football, and all other sports offered on the platform.
Bet Confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the 33rs system. Bets that do not generate a confirmation reference — due to connectivity issues, system errors, or other technical problems — are not valid and will not be settled.
Odds at Time of Bet: The odds accepted are those displayed at the time your bet is confirmed. Post-confirmation changes to odds do not affect settled bets. In the event that a bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error, 33rs reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake, regardless of the outcome.
Maximum Payout: Maximum single-bet payout on sports markets at 33rs is Rs 500,000. For accumulator bets, the maximum payout is Rs 1,000,000. Stakes exceeding these limits may be accepted at reduced stake values at 33rs's discretion.
Abandoned and Postponed Events: If a sporting event is abandoned before the minimum completion criteria for settlement have been met (as defined per sport in the in-game rules), bets will be void and stakes returned. For cricket, this typically means fewer than the prescribed minimum number of overs being completed. Full details are available in the Cricket Betting section of the platform.
In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at 33rs's discretion, particularly during periods of high activity such as wickets falling or goals being scored.
Live casino games at 33rs — including Andar Bahar, Poker, and other live dealer products — are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific rules displayed at each table. In the event of any conflict, the table-specific rules take precedence over these general terms for matters relating to game outcomes.
Disconnection During Live Games: If you are disconnected from a live casino session during a betting window, any bets already placed and confirmed before disconnection will stand and be settled normally. If disconnection occurs before bet confirmation, the bet will be void and the stake returned. 33rs is not responsible for disconnections caused by your device, internet connection, or mobile network.
Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction or technical error during a live casino round, 33rs reserves the right to void all bets placed in the affected round and return all stakes. This includes malfunctions in the live stream, dealing equipment, or bet placement systems. The decision of 33rs regarding malfunction scenarios is final.
RNG and Provably Fair Games: Crash games including Aviator use a certified provably fair random number generator. The outcome of each round is determined by a pre-published seed hash that players can independently verify. 33rs does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
33rs offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's details page on the platform.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10× means bonus funds must be wagered ten times their value before they can be withdrawn). Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement at 33rs is 10× the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unconverted bonus balance will expire.
Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Unless the promotion specifies otherwise:
Bonus Abuse: 33rs actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal real risk, using bonuses in a systematic way designed to exploit the terms, or using stolen payment methods to fund bonus-qualifying deposits. If abuse is detected, 33rs reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings derived from them and close the associated account.
Welcome Bonus Specifics: The 100% first deposit welcome bonus (up to Rs 10,000) is available only to new players who have not previously held a 33rs account. The bonus is credited within 24 hours of qualifying deposit confirmation. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is Rs 500.
Please Note: 33rs reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without advance notice. Promotions are available to Pakistani residents only unless specifically stated otherwise.
The 33rs VIP Club is a loyalty programme that rewards eligible players with cashback, enhanced betting limits, dedicated account management, and other exclusive benefits based on their activity level on the platform. Membership in the VIP Club is by invitation only for Diamond tier; lower tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) are achieved through reaching defined wagering thresholds.
Tier Thresholds and Benefits: Tier thresholds, cashback rates, and other benefit specifics are detailed on the VIP Club page of the 33rs platform and are subject to change at 33rs's discretion. Players will be notified of any changes affecting their current tier benefits with at least 7 days' notice.
Cashback: Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (total wagers minus total winnings) over the preceding calendar week, at the cashback rate applicable to your VIP tier. Cashback is credited every Monday and is available for withdrawal or wagering according to the cashback wagering requirement stated on the VIP Club page.
Tier Maintenance: VIP tiers are reviewed on a monthly basis. If wagering activity falls below the maintenance threshold for a tier, the player's tier may be revised downward at the monthly review. Players will be notified before any downgrade takes effect.
Discretion: 33rs reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP Club at any time if that player is found to have violated these Terms, engaged in bonus abuse, or acted in a manner detrimental to the platform or its other users.
33rs is genuinely committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a source of financial stress or personal hardship. We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control.
Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your 33rs account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect, to prevent impulsive decisions during a session.
Session Time Reminders: You can set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a defined period. These notifications appear within the game interface and are designed to encourage regular breaks.
Reality Check: Players can enable a reality check feature that displays a summary of time spent and net win/loss during a session at regular intervals of their choosing.
Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gaming is becoming a problem, you can request self-exclusion from 33rs. Short-term exclusions (7 days to 6 months) and permanent exclusions are available. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked and you will not be permitted to open a new account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33rs platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance or winnings, and may result in legal action where applicable.
33rs employs dedicated integrity and fraud teams who monitor account activity continuously. The platform uses automated systems alongside manual review processes to detect prohibited behaviour. Any player found to have engaged in the activities listed above will have their account closed and all associated funds forfeited without appeal.
All content on the 33rs platform — including but not limited to the 33rs name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, audio, and software — is the intellectual property of 33rs or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use 33rs intellectual property for any purpose outside of your personal use of the platform as a registered player.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any 33rs content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 33rs intellectual property may result in civil or criminal legal proceedings.
33rs collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations (including AML and KYC requirements), and provide a safe and personalised experience to each player. By registering with 33rs, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections to inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data where applicable under Pakistani data protection law and any international standards applied by 33rs.
33rs does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, fraud detection systems, and regulatory authorities where required — all as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33rs and its officers, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
33rs makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and reliable. However, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring your own device and connection security when accessing 33rs.
33rs reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a notice displayed prominently on the 33rs platform. The notification will indicate the date from which the revised Terms take effect.
Continued use of the 33rs platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date. Requests to close your account before revised Terms take effect will be processed promptly and any remaining balance returned to your verified payment method.
Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially change player rights or obligations, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice.
